小牧ダム / Komaki Dam

小牧ダムは、富山県砺波市に位置し、昭和5年(1930年)に完成しました。完成当時は、その高さが「東洋一」と称されるほどの規模を誇っていました。ダムは砺波の中心部から世界遺産・五箇山へ向かう峠道の途中にあり、歴史的・土木的価値が評価されて国の登録有形文化財に指定されています。
撮影日(2025年3月27日)は、今年初めての雪解け水の放水が行われた日でもありました。

The Komaki Dam, located in Tonami City, Toyama Prefecture, was completed in 1930 (Showa 5). At the time of its completion, it was considered the tallest dam in the Orient, making it a significant engineering achievement of its era. Situated along the mountain pass leading from central Tonami toward the UNESCO World Heritage site of Gokayama, the dam is not only a functional structure but also a historical landmark.
It has been officially designated as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property of Japan due to its historical and civil engineering significance.
On March 27, 2025, shooting date, the first release of snowmelt water for the year took place.
